Where We Ship
At present, we offer shipping services to valid addresses across the United States and Canada. If your location does not appear as an option during the checkout process, we apologize, but we are unable to deliver to your area at this time.
Order Processing Time
Once your payment has been verified, we typically process orders within 1 to 3 business days. It’s important to note that we do not handle processing, shipping, or delivery of orders on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Periods
For standard shipping within the U.S., delivery generally takes between 5 and 10 business days from the date your order leaves our facility. For shipments heading to Canada, standard delivery usually takes around 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Please keep in mind that these are only approximate timeframes. Actual delivery may be delayed due to issues with the shipping carrier, customs inspections, adverse weather, or higher order volumes during peak shopping seasons.
Our Preferred Shipping Partners
United States: For domestic deliveries, we mainly rely on the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Canada: Shipments to Canada are primarily managed by USPS International.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your exclusive tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update their system with your tracking information—this delay is standard in the industry.
Help with Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is much later than the estimated delivery date, or if the tracking status says "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please take these initial steps:
Check with family, neighbors, or your building’s management (if you live in an apartment complex) to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
Reach out directly to the shipping carrier using your tracking number to get more details about the package’s status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for Canadian Shipments
Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivering carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee you pay at checkout—you, as the recipient, will be responsible for covering them when the package is delivered (if applicable).
Please note that we have no authority over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount beforehand, as they are determined by Canadian regulatory authorities.
